I am currently in my third year pursuing a bachelor’s degree of Networking and IT Security at Ontario Tech University. My research focuses on improving password manager usability and adoption through nudging. Nudging involves using a variety of psychological and user-interface design techniques to guide people into making certain choices. My goal is to use nudging to help users make more secure decisions during password creation, such as using a randomly generated password or a password manager.
